I noticed that I don’t post here as much as I used to before my trial and Automattic. I guess I got too hyped up with life, getting the job, and general moving forward that I forgot about it. I’ll probably revamp the look and feel of all of this. I promise to post my past couple of months since joining Automattic soon. Watch out for it!

Erick Allas is a Customer Support Associate for Autodesk based in New Jersey who specializes in empathy, efficiency, and detail with his work. He believes support is about person to person communication on a personal level. He empathizes while getting to the root of their issue and relaying solutions in simple steps. Erick takes these skills into videography where he creates visuals that generate emotion through storytelling.
